脈步 Trail Pulse

「脈步 Trail Pulse」 係一間以越野跑為核心、重視心靈與身體連結嘅跑會與訓練平台。我們相信：跑步唔只係運動，而係一種生活方式，一種陪你行過高山低谷嘅信念。 「Trail Pulse」象徵心跳與腳步——跟住自己嘅節奏，在山徑上自由奔跑、專注當下。透過系統化心率訓練、越野技術與肌力（S&C）訓練，我哋嘅學員由建立基礎耐力，到準備 50K、100K 甚至 100 Miles 嘅長距離賽事，同時照顧跑姿、恢復同預防受傷等細節。 「Trail Pulse」亦希望以越野跑連結社區，特別係年青人——透過訓練同活動，幫助佢哋肯定自我價值，學習堅持，勇於追尋自己嘅夢想；同時，我哋亦關心弱勢社群，期望以跑步為媒介，為社會帶來多一點正面能量。 「Trail Pulse」由精英越野跑手兼《有種信念叫越野跑》的作者曾小強 Stone 帶領，結合比賽實戰經驗與教學經驗，課堂不只教「點樣跑得快」，更加著重「點樣跑得長久、跑得開心」。無論你係初次踏足山徑，定係有目標賽事想突破，「脈步 Trail Pulse」都希望成為你在山徑上的同伴——用每一下心跳，每一步腳印，去尋找屬於你自己的節奏與信念。

TRAIN FOR 2026 800 Heroes — Jinshui Camp Ultra Marathon WITH WAYME Event: Dec 5, 2026 - Dec 5, 2026 The 2026 800 Heroes — Jinshui Camp Ultra Marathon is a 115 KM ultra-marathon held in southern Taiwan, starting from Fangliao Township. The event is the eighth and final stage of the 2026 800 Heroes series and follows the Jinshui Camp route through mountainous terrain. The race has a 17-hour time limit and approximately 2,912 metres of elevation gain.
Big Rock Mountain Trail

TRAIN FOR Big Rock Mountain Trail WITH WAYME Event: Dec 6, 2026 - Dec 6, 2026 The race name refers to a large rock along the route, Amah Rock, shaped like a woman carrying a baby on her back and steeped in local legend. As well as covering the familiar MacLehose Trail and Wilson Trail, the route connects with several ancient trails, historically used by villagers. These trails exude a timeless charm: often paved with natural stones, winding through wilderness, and framed by trees, they offer runners a glimpse into Hong Kong's rural past. With a modest cumulative elevation gain and few technical sections, the race remains highly runnable.
Lockton Fearless Dragon Trail Run 2026

TRAIN FOR Lockton Fearless Dragon Trail Run 2026 WITH WAYME Event: Dec 6, 2026 - Dec 6, 2026 Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society Limited (HKNPIS) will hold 8th edition“ Lockton Fearless Dragon Trail Run 2026" on 6th December 2026 . We are very grateful to Lockton Companies Insurance Brokers Limited for the title sponsorship of this charity trail running event for the 5th year, allowing the event to carry on and promote the concept of inclusion for people with disabilities. This year's race retains the picturesque Aberdeen Reservoir main route, passing the Aberdeen Reservoir Dam and the Stone Bridge statutory monument. Participants can choose from three distances: 5km, 16km, and 28km. The 16km and 28km open team events have been changed from 4-person to 2-person teams, with men, women, and mixed team categories, making it easier for participants to form teams, experience teamwork, and take on the longer-distance challenge.

TRAIN FOR Sai Kung 50 WITH WAYME Event: Dec 6, 2026 - Dec 6, 2026 The 2026 Sai Kung 50 is the second race in the 2026 Action Asia 50 Series, taking place in Sai Kung, Hong Kong. The event offers four trail-running distances: 54 km, 36 km, 22 km, and 12 km. Starting from Pak Tam Chung, the courses showcase some of Sai Kung's most scenic coastal and mountain terrain, including Sai Wan, Ham Tin Wan, Tai Long Wan, Tai Long Au, Tai Tam Chung, High Island Reservoir, and sections of the MacLehose Trail. The longer courses feature substantial climbs and technical mountain terrain, including Sharp Peak (408 m). The 54 km course continues beyond the 36 km route toward Pak Tam Au, Ngau Yee Shek Shan and Kai Kung Shan before returning toward Pak Tam Chung. The shorter 22 km and 12 km routes follow a more direct course through Sai Wan and return to the finish at Pak Tam Chung.

TRAIN FOR Hong Kong Top 10 Peaks Challenge WITH WAYME Event: Jun 13, 2026 - Dec 13, 2026 Hong Kong Top 10 Peaks Challenge 2026 is an online mountain challenge where participants must visit and check in at 10 designated peaks across Hong Kong. Participants must wear the official event T-shirt, hold their race bib, and take a photo at each designated location as proof of completion. The challenge can be completed at participants' own pace between June 13 and December 13, 2026. The 10 designated peaks are Tai Mo Shan, Lantau Peak, Sunset Peak, Sze Fong Shan, Wo Yang Shan, Lin Fa Shan, Miu Ko Toi, Nei Lak Shan, Yi Tung Shan and Sam Tsz Shan.
HONG KONG CITY BACKYARD SUPERHORSE (UNTIL THE LAST WARRIOR)

2026香港城市後院 Backyard 的真正未來在於參與性賽事，每位跑者都在追逐自己的個人目標，並享受比賽的社交樂趣。 大多數後院超級馬拉鬆的勝負往往只差20-30M，而那些低調的草根賽事通常持續12到24小時。而那些更具競爭性的賽事，正如許多文獻所記載的那樣，可能會持續數天之久。 Course: Loop or out and back 循環 比賽在主辦單位自家後院設置一條 固定圈（loop） 如果某位選手無法在當小時內完成並到達下一次「出發/檢查」時間點，則該選手淘汰。 比賽不會有傳統意義的「終點」。規則是：最後仍能完成最後一圈的人獲勝（或最後存活的那個人）。

TRAIN FOR Magic Teapot Run 2nd Edition WITH WAYME Event: Dec 20, 2026 - Dec 20, 2026 Inspired by fairy tales, the Magic Teapot Run features a route pattern of a genie emerging from a magic teapot. The second edition differs from the first, as a section was closed due to a landslide and had to be rerouted. That section has now reopened, and the genie pattern is complete again. The race offers 11km and 28km categories. The 11km route features the teapot, while the 28km route combines the genie and the teapot. This year, the race is scheduled for the weekend just before Christmas. The 28km race starts in the afternoon, while the 11km race begins in the evening, so runners will need headlamps during the race. As the sun sets and headlamps light up the trails, the scene will evoke the magic of Christmas lights, creating a festive and enchanting atmosphere. We hope participating in this year’s event will bring you a unique festive joy. Don’t miss this interesting and challenging trail-running experience!
