This premium trail combines the typical Heuberg landscape with juniper heaths and exciting cultural-historical traces. On the way, you will encounter the still visible remains of the former castles of Altrietheim, Wallenburg, Bräunisburg and Kraftstein. A special highlight is the Kraftstein nature reserve with its species-rich gentian meadows. Since it's clearly uphill and downhill twice, you should be in some fitness for this tour.

A very exciting tour that shows everything that the Danube region has to offer: picturesque viewpoints, rugged rock falls, varied forests, caves, a castle, open landscapes and the Danube can be crossed at a ford using stepping stones.

The Beuron monastery is the cultural highlight of this varied tour. The landscape of the route features several viewpoints, impressive rock formations and charming forests. The Danube also shapes the hiking experience and provides particularly beautiful impressions along the way.
