TRAIN FOR 2026 Hysan Island Hike & Run WITH WAYME Event: Nov 8, 2026 - Nov 8, 2026 The annual Hysan Island Hike & Run is a trail-running and hiking event on Hong Kong Island, offering three distances designed for different levels of experience: 23 km, 15 km, and 6 km. The event starts and finishes at the Green Lane Service Reservoir in Happy Valley. The 23 km course is the most challenging option and includes the famous Twins, with peaks reaching approximately 363 m and 386 m, before continuing through Tai Tam Country Park. The 15 km course bypasses the Twins and heads directly toward Tai Fung Au (Quarry Bay Gap), then climbs Mount Butler and Jardine's Lookout. The 6 km course is intended for beginners, families, and younger participants, featuring trails over Violet Hill before returning to the finish. Participants finish at Green Lane Service Reservoir Park, where the event provides a grass area for relaxation and post-race activities.
Action Asia Events has organized more than 300 outdoor endurance and adventure events and operates the Action Asia 50 trail series. Its responsibilities include course design, venue and date selection, race format, event operations, and coordination of related fundraising activities.
