The Wonhyobong Loop is a moderate hike beginning at Bukhansanseong Information Center and following Wonhyo-gil to the summit before returning by a valley route. It passes Wonhyodae and Gaeyeon Falls, combining forest paths, stone steps, rocky sections and historic Bukhansanseong scenery. From the upper trail, hikers can enjoy views of Bukhansan’s granite peaks and Seoul’s outskirts. Some sections may be steep or slippery, so reliable hiking shoes, sufficient water and careful footing are recommended.

The Lion Ridge Viewpoint Loop is a moderate route following Pyeongchang 21-gil and Pyeongchang-gil through the hillside neighbourhood of Pyeongchang-dong. The trail combines paved approaches, woodland paths and steady climbs before reaching a viewpoint overlooking Pyeongchang-dong, Gugi-dong, Bugaksan and central Seoul. As a loop, it returns to the starting area, although several junctions require careful navigation. Comfortable hiking shoes, sufficient water and sun protection are recommended.

This moderate loop explores Bukhansan National Park and climbs toward Baegundae while linking several notable ridges and peaks. The route passes Ilchulbong, Yongambong, Nojeokbong and Mangyeongdae, then continues through Yeougul, Yaksuamswimteo and Harujae before returning to the starting area. Forest paths, stone steps, rocky sections and open ridge views provide a varied mountain experience.
